ERNA'S ELDERBERRY HOUSE RESTAURANT:

WINE DIRECTOR - Personable, guest oriented candidate wanted to oversee 700 bottle list.  Purchasing and inventory maintenance skills required.  Must have good knowledge of Californian and European wines.  Applicant will also assume assistant dining room manager responsibilities.  

CHEF DE PARTIE – Seeking highly motivated, talented and hard working culinarian willing to grow and learn with a top notch kitchen team.  Hourly position.  Reports to Executive Chef.

CHATEAU DU SUREAU:

BREAKFAST COOK - Part Time Position - Seeking talented up and coming Breakfast cook with degree in Culinary Arts.  Must be highly motivated, team oriented with the ability to learn and grow. 

BELL PERSON - Seeking full time candidate.  Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds.

SPA DU SUREAU:

MASSEUSE - Seeking licensed, on call massage therapist.
